These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cataloug.com platform as a customer, vendor, or visitor. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and all applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.

1. Overview

Cataloug.com is an independent digital marketplace connecting buyers with verified sellers. We provide tools for order placement, payment, fulfillment, and customer support.
All users — including buyers, vendors, and visitors — are required to comply with these Terms and any related policies published on the platform.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to register or make purchases.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Cataloug.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.

3. Orders and Transactions

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.

  • Product pricing, availability, and estimated delivery times are determined by each vendor.

  • Cataloug.com reserves the right to cancel or delay orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable.

  • Once an order is confirmed, the buyer is expected to complete payment or deposit requirements as specified in the payment policy.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and clarity of their product descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Vendors must ensure that all products comply with Egyptian quality and safety standards.

  • Orders must be fulfilled within the stated timeframe, and packaging must meet reasonable quality and hygiene standards.

  • Failure to meet these conditions may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

5. Returns and Disputes

  • Buyers may initiate return requests in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy published on Cataloug.com.

  • All disputes between buyers and vendors will be handled through Cataloug.com’s resolution system.

  • Cataloug.com will review the matter fairly and issue a final decision that complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed according to the nature of the claim and evidence provided.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Prices displayed include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

  • Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, depending on product type and vendor availability.

  • Cataloug.com may deduct a service or transaction fee from vendor payments to cover operational costs.

Deposit for Large Orders

If the total value of your order exceeds 10,000 EGP, our team will contact you to collect a 25% deposit before dispatch.
This measure ensures product reservation and smooth fulfillment for high-value orders.
Failure to provide the required deposit within the stated timeframe may result in order cancellation without liability to Cataloug.com or the vendor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on Cataloug.com — including but not limited to logos, images, text, product data, and design elements — is owned by Cataloug.com or its respective vendors.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cataloug.com operates as a marketplace facilitator, not a direct seller.

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of vendor products.

  • Our liability is limited to the scope of our service — including order processing, transaction management, and dispute resolution.

  • Cataloug.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law and Compliance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018

  • E-Commerce Law No. 15 of 2004

  • Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004

All users of Cataloug.com agree to abide by these laws and cooperate in resolving any issues in good faith.

10. Modifications

Cataloug.com reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time.
Changes will take effect once published on the website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
