Processing Delivery time: Up to 15 business days, depending on your location and the product type

Delivery estimates are shown during checkout and shared after order confirmation

2. Shipping Costs
Calculated based on the product size, weight, vendor location, and customer address

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout and vary between vendors

Some vendors may offer free or discounted delivery promotions

3. Service Areas
Delivery is available across most of the Egyptian governorates

For remote areas, additional time or coordination may be required

4. Delivery Attempts
In case of customer unavailability or incorrect address, one redelivery attempt will be made

If delivery fails again, the order will be canceled and refunded (excluding delivery fees)
